Where The Trucks Actually Go
Fifty miles from our shop in Alsip covers a lot of Illinois: all of Cook County, DuPage and Kane out west to the Fox Valley, Will County down through Joliet, and Lake County north to the Wisconsin line. This page is the honest map. If your town is on it, we have probably already worked a roof there. If it is not, call anyway and we will tell you straight whether you are in range.
Distance Changes The Service You Get
A roofer an hour away shows up for the install and disappears. A roofer ten minutes away shows up for the install, the follow-up, the gutter question two months later, and the emergency patch the night the derecho hits. That is the whole argument for hiring close to home, and it is why we publish our radius instead of pretending we serve three states.
Being based in Alsip puts the south suburbs closest: Oak Lawn, Blue Island and Chicago Ridge are ten-minute dispatches. Chicago flat-roof work runs daily. The far edges, Naperville and Frankfort, still see us weekly, just scheduled a day or two out instead of same-afternoon.
Inside the ring: Chicago and all of suburban Cook, the DuPage corridor from Bensenville to Naperville, the Fox Valley from Aurora to Elgin, Will County through Joliet and Plainfield, and Lake County up to Antioch and Winthrop Harbor.
Response tiers: active leaks first regardless of town, then proximity order. Storm weeks triage hardest-hit blocks first.
The rule: if Angelo cannot supervise it properly from Alsip, we do not take the job. Fifty miles is where that line sits.

Service Area Questions
My town is not listed. Will you still come?
If it is inside roughly 50 miles of Alsip, yes. The listed towns are where we work most, not a fence. Evergreen Park, Burbank, Tinley Park, Orland Park, Berwyn, Bolingbrook and dozens of others are regular stops. Call and we will answer in ten seconds.
Do you charge travel fees at the edge of the radius?
No. The quote is the quote, Naperville or next door. Distance shows up only in scheduling: far-edge jobs get grouped so crews are not burning your money on windshield time.
Northwest Indiana keeps calling you too. Do you go?
Occasionally, for the right commercial job, but Illinois is where we are licensed, insured and fastest. If you are in Indiana we will say so plainly on the phone and point you right if we cannot help.
Which towns get emergency response first?
Active leaks jump every queue wherever they are. When a storm hits the whole area at once, the worst damage gets triaged first, then proximity: the south suburbs see tarps fastest because they are minutes from the shop. Everyone gets a straight answer on timing when they get in touch.
Where can I see your work near me?
The gallery is organized by roof type, and for most towns inside the ring we can point you to a recent job to drive past. Thirteen years of work leaves a trail.
In The Ring? Then You Are On The Schedule
Call Guardian Roofing with your address and what the roof is doing. You will know inside five minutes whether we are the right crew, what it likely runs, and when we can be there. Or send it through the contact page and we will call you back.
