Do you cover the North Side and northern suburbs too?
Yes. The shop is south, in Alsip, so the south half of the county gets the fastest response, but our crews run jobs from Evanston to Chicago Heights. The 50-mile radius covers all of Cook County with room to spare.
Who handles Chicago building permits for roof work?
We do. City of Chicago and suburban permit requirements differ town to town, and thirteen years of working the county means we know which village hall wants what. Permit costs appear as a line item in your quote, not a surprise afterward.
Can one company really handle my two-flat and my mother’s ranch in Oak Lawn?
