Steep-Slope
The steep-slope trades. Asphalt shingle work covers most houses in the south suburbs; metal repair covers the panels, seams and flashings that shingle guys will not touch. Full tear-offs, never overlays.

The specialty. Chicago’s two-flats, three-flats and additions run on low-slope roofs, and we have installed, repaired and replaced them since Frank’s day. Heat-welded TPO, modified bitumen, and coatings that buy sound roofs years.
